INFORMATION ON EU-INDIA INDUSTRIAL PLATFORM MEMBERSHIP
Since the "EU - India Industrial Platform (IP) will act with a consultancy and advisory function, being part of the NAMASTE strategy the choice to orient the RTD activities towards the real needs of Industry facing the problem of affording massive production of food by-products" [art.6.2 NAMASTE Coordination Agreement].
On behalf of [Legal name of the company], I [first and family name] as [position in the company] formally request to the [European/Indian] Project Coordiantor to be part of the Industrial Platform of project called "New Advances in the integrated Management of food processing wAste in India and Europe: use of Sustainable Technologies for the Exploitation of by-products into new foods and feeds – NAMASTE" cofunded by the European Commission and the Indian Department of Biotechnology within the 7th Framework Program.
I am fully aware that
- in order to finalise the membership, I am asked to send a signed copy of the "Non Disclosure Agreement" which stipulate the confidentiality obligations to the [European/Indian] Project Coordiantor
- the Coordinator shall notify, in writing, of its decision regarding this membership request
Members of the IP shall receive a periodic newsletter containing specifically dedicated and unpublicised information regarding the progress of the Project. - the rights of access to Project Foreground will be regulated according to section 5.4.8 of the NAMASTE Coordiantion Agreement
